Come create your career with VoltVolt is immediately hiring a Medical Device Assembler in Plymouth, MN 55442 As a Medical Device Assembler, you will: Perform assembly, repair, and testing of medical catheters under close supervision in a regulated manufacturing environment. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and quality system requirements. Accurately complete paper and electronic documentation to maintain full product traceability and support quality investigations. Handle and assemble small components and precision parts, including work under a microscope. Communicate clearly and professionally Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude when interacting with internal and external customers. Adhere to all safety procedures and cleanroom protocols. Perform repetitive manual tasks such as grasping, pinching, pulling, twisting, and fine motor movements for extended periods. Sit or stand for prolonged periods while maintaining focus and attention to detail. This is a full time, contract opportunity. Schedule: 1st Shift : 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM Monday through Thursday 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM Monday through Thursday Required Skills & Qualifications Prior experience as a Medical Device Assembler is required. Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions and verbal directions. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, accuracy, and compliance. Excellent manual dexterity and ability to manipulate small parts and tools. Comfortable performing prolonged microscope work. Ability to work in a cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment. Basic computer skills for documentation and recordkeeping. Preferred Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous cleanroom experience strongly preferred.
